Unbridled Solutions provides equine-assisted therapy services for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Our website offers information, booking options, and contact support.

2. Eligibility

Our services are designed for parents/guardians of children and young people with SEND. All bookings must be made by an adult (18+).

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm a session or program place.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

4. Health & Safety

A full intake form must be completed before any sessions begin.

Parents/guardians must disclose relevant medical, behavioural, and emotional needs in advance.

Participants must follow all safety guidance while on-site.

5. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services in cases of unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, materials) is owned by Unbridled Solutions and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of participants, Unbridled Solutions cannot accept liability for any unforeseen injury, accident, or loss during participation, except where caused by proven negligence.
